I have been responsible for the daily bookkeeping in a growing business for years and can liaise with your Accountant when they need to prepare the annual reports, tax returns and VAT reporting.

I use QuickBooks and can offer you a discounted license rate if you want. If you already user another accounting system, then that is absolutely fine too, and we can continue to use that.

Bookkeeping tasks I undertake include:

  • Entering supplier invoices into accounting system
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Checking and notifying you which suppliers are due for payment
  • Registering incoming customer payments and allocating them to the correct invoices
  • Registering outgoing supplier payments and allocating them against the correct invoices
  • Regular reconciliation of bank accounts, normally at least monthly
  • Liaising with your Accountant for annual accounts and VAT reporting
  • Running your payroll, including submitting to HMRC
  • Offer discounted QuickBooks Online license rate
