If you do not have a PA/Secretary, you probably sometimes find that there are things that need to be done but with all that you already do yourself there are not enough hours in the day.

No need to panic, I can help you and most of these things can be done remotely, hence the Virtual Secretary, but sometimes it is best to be physically present so that is possible too.

Or if your usual PA/Secretary is just away on sick leave or holiday and you need someone to cover? I can help.

  • Writing letters or other communications that need to be sent out
  • Undertaking travel arrangements
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, including making sure they get tea/coffee and lunch/dinner and maybe also accommodation
